Crete

crete is a turnkey Self-Managed GitLab appliance that brings cloud-native GitLab into a coherent, ready-to-run deployment. Talos, Flux, and the GitLab Operator provide paved defaults while easing customers into standard Kubernetes and Helm operations when they need control.

Primary contribution to Theseus: Installation and day-2 operations for Self-Managed customers. Crete runs the same charts and artifacts Theseus produces for every other target, so operating GitLab on customer infrastructure is not a bespoke packaging exercise.
