Hangar

Hangar provisions isolated environments on a shared GKE cluster for Caproni to deploy GitLab into, and tears them down when they are done. Each owner gets a playground and runs as many environments in it as it needs; an admission guardrail keeps one owner out of another’s. Today an owner is one engineer; ownership by team lands before GA.

Primary contribution to Theseus: A component team can test its modular service against a reachable, production-like CNG GitLab without building infrastructure. The same environment serves an engineer in the browser and an agent through the API.
