This section covers how the Theseus program is run — who’s involved, how work is organized and tracked, and how decisions get made. Program status itself lives on the tracking Epic, summarized in a biweekly update; this section explains the structure and mechanics behind that tracking, not a duplicate of it.

• Team & Roles — who’s involved and who owns what.
• Execution Model — how the program’s workstreams are structured, how work is tracked in GitLab, and the meetings that run it.
• Governance — how decisions get made, including go/no-go reviews, escalation, and the cadences that keep the program in sync (planning, meetings, status updates).
• Communications — when program updates go out, which surface carries what, and the archive of updates already sent.
