Theseus keeps a steady cadence of updates rather than ad hoc pings. Every one of them is archived here, so past recaps and status updates are always one click away instead of buried in Slack.

- planning (quarterly) — The scope and reasoning behind that focus, once it’s locked in.
All three post in #proj_theseus, open to all stakeholders.
CTO review happens weekly but is restricted to the CTO and program leadership — it isn’t published on this site.
Posting an update? Copy the frontmatter of any entry below, or scaffold a
fresh one from the communications archetype — doc-site/archetypes/communications.md
documents every field and which type tag to use. Platform changes — a new
capability, a doc, a change to the paved path — go on the
change log instead.

Six ships from last quarter as Theseus rows toward a v1 Pilot by the end of October, plus where the team is focused in Q3.
