Workstream ownership

Theseus v1 has four workstreams, set out in the Execution Model. Ownership sits at the component level for all of them except User Support, which has no assigned contributor yet.

Component ownership

The people responsible for each piece of the platform.

A Directly Responsible Individual (DRI) drives their component’s feature delivery end to end: breaking work down with their team, identifying risks and dependencies early, and proactively flagging issues to program leadership rather than waiting to be asked.
